The king mattress in our room definitely needed an upgrade, as it was quite uncomfortable and dipped severely in the middle. However, the breakfast was decent, although having to bring a pre-prepared meal to the room was not ideal. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who assisted us with a billing issue. the location was convenient for us, as we visited nearby attractions like Stiles unit, the fire museum, children's museums, and even an ice cream shop. It was a nice touch to have a variety of American favorites available at their on-site restaurant and bar. Although the breakfast was hit or miss, the selection of warm and ready-to-eat foods was appreciated. the gentleman at the front desk was consistently pleasant and helpful, which added to our overall positive experience. Despite the mattress issue, the room amenities like a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV were useful for our family of five. In conclusion, La Quinta By Wyndham Beaumont West offers a friendly stay with convenient amenities and a great location. With a few improvements, it can provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests exploring the Beaumont area.
